Captain Julianna Rodriguez
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Julianna has a lifelong passion for the sea and for sharing the magic of the Caribbean with others. A 500 ton USCG-licensed captain with over a decade of experience on sailing yachts, catamarans, and motor yachts, she combines strong seamanship with a genuine love for hospitality. With a background in Coastal Marine Biology, she enjoys adding an educational touch to snorkeling and marine adventures, helping guests connect with the ocean in a meaningful way. Julianna’s friendly nature, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure that every guest feels safe, cared for, and leaves with unforgettable memories.
Chef, Adrian Gonzalez
Adrian grew up in the holiday tourist town of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Taking third place in a cooking contest as an adolescent, Adrian became captivated by the joys of cooking. One of the many thrills for Adrian as a Yacht Chef is able to explore market places in foreign lands and return to the ship to create fascinating new recipes.
He was trained at the Swiss Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality (ISU) in Puebla, Mexico. Adrian obtained a position in La Clusaz, France as a Food Operation Manager and added to his knowledge of French Cuisine. Adrian makes Mexican, European, American fusion into an art.
After working in several high-end restaurants in Fort Collins, Colorado, Los Cabos, Mexico and Miami, Florida, Adrian discovered the sailing world and became certified as a private yacht chef. He has been in the yachting industry for over 9 years and plans to continue in this environment for many years. Adrian considers yachting an exhilarating place to be a chef because in addition to creating mouthwatering masterpieces, he also is able to experiment with other positions on the boat when at dock. Adrian likes to spend time with his son at the beach, riding bicycles or skateboarding, and also has a love of traveling, which makes yachting the ideal career for him.
On the yacht, Adrian's goal is to provide every passenger's palate with a
taste sensation to remember.
