Francisco is a trained architect turned professional sailor, with years of hands-on sailing across South America and Australia. His background spans regattas, catamaran cruising, and yacht management, ensuring a strong foundation in navigation, safety, and maintenance. Passionate about water sports, he actively guides guests in activities such as e-foil, kite wing, SUP, diving, and snorkeling. His eye for detail, coupled with skills in photography and filmmaking, means guests not only enjoy smooth sailing but also leave with unforgettable memories beautifully captured. Francisco also shares a family connection within the fleet, as the brother of Juan, crew member on Andiamo.
Olivia complements the team as a talented Chef, certified Sommelier, and Pilates instructor. With experience in gourmet restaurants, fine dining, and pastry kitchens, she brings refined cuisine and thoughtful wine pairings to the table.
