I eventually moved to Guadeloupe 8 years ago, and for the past 2 years, I've been alternating between the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas as a cook on boats up to 82 feet in length. My cooking style draws inspiration from the diversity of French cuisine, combined with the flavors and ingredients I've discovered during my travels.
