Growing up on the water, he developed a profound connection to the ocean, spending his youth sailing, fishing, and mastering water sports. That foundation would lead to an impressive maritime career spanning commercial cargo ships, fishing vessels, superyachts, and now, the thriving yacht management company Pyper Yachts, which he co-founded with his wife and partner-in-adventure, Majori.
With an unshakable drive and deep respect for the sea, Heinrych earned his MCA Master Mariner Unlimited License in just six years—an achievement made possible through disciplined service aboard commercial freight vessels. He soon transitioned into luxury yachting, climbing the ranks from deckhand to captain aboard motor and sailing yachts as large as 115 meters, gaining recognition for his capable leadership and calm, decisive presence.
In 2020, Heinrych and Majori set out on a bold circumnavigation aboard a Sunreef 60 as part of the World ARC rally. Although the voyage was curtailed by the pandemic, the experience ignited a new vision. They returned with purpose and launched Pyper Yachts, building a boutique charter and management company in the Caribbean known for its hands-on service and exceptional crew culture.
