As a seasoned professional, he boasts a wealth of cruising experience in the Mediterranean waters, reflecting a consistent dedication to excellence. As a deckhand aboard ANTIGUA II, MAGIA 4 and HELENE, he showcased exceptional customer service. He then ventured into managerial roles, being promoted to Captain & Engineer aboard HELENE to then reprising the same role under NEW BEGINNING and ORIANDA. Each charter has added to his depth of knowledge, honing his technical skills as a yachting professional.
Job Description
Sebastiano is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of ATALANTE, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the catamaran’s policies. He further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.
