Captain Sarel, originally from South Africa he grew up as a farm boy with a passion for the ocean, surfing, fishing and any excuse to stay salty.
Sarel has been a professional life Gaurd and part of the National Sea and Rescue squad in South Africa, protecting the coastlines and 24hr standby for seafarers out at sea.
Over the last 10years he has been sailing around the world crossing the Indian, pacific and Atlantic oceans as a professional delivery and charter Captain exploring remote destinations and experiencing a heart warming feeling meeting new cultures and people.
His objective is to deliver a Once and a lifetime experience on and off the water, while keeping everyone safe with an unforgettable holiday and memories that will last for ever.
Ally is half Chilean half Italian and this combination ignited a passion for cooking from a very early age. Ally grew up on a sailing boat in French Polynesia for the first 3 years of her life. This is where her connection with the ocean began and since then, she is been travelling around the world collecting recipes, and experimenting with different plates and flavors, alway preferring fresh, colourful and modern, mixed with traditional dishes.
Ally’s passion does not end with the meals she prepares. She is a Marine Biologist and loves everything related to the ocean especially surfing and diving. Her travels have taken are to many exotic places. She has sailed Fiji, Kiribati, the Marshall Islands and French Polynesian. It was not until she dropped her anchor for 2 years in the Bahamas where she met Sarel and started working together. From there, they did last season in the Mediterranean.
Ally is flexible with any specific dietary needs and restrictions and loves cooking any and all kinds of food. Her goal is happy tummies and to make sure that everyone around her has a great time on the ocean.
