A lady in her 40s, graduated from Le Monde – the pioneers in Tourisme studies, who has a long experience in the catering field and is very much dedicated in her work. She is always open to suggestions and keen to learn new recipes. In this effort during the winter period she is spending time next to Chefs of other famous cuisines. In the Olympic Games of 2004 she was given the opportunity to work in the Olympic Village catering where she had the opportunity to discuss and learn interesting information from colleagues.
