Darryl comes to M/Y LADY JENN with a wealth of knowledge from his over twelve years in the yachting industry. Also, you can add the his CV a ten year career as a Dive Operator for the tourism bureau. He is a native of Australia, and has made his way around the seas of his homeland and much of the Caribbean. He has worked on Bella Dawn. He holds a Commercial Master USL Australia License and certified as a PADI/SSI Dive Instructor and Medical provider. His passions include fishing and diving. He is a great asset to M/Y LADY JENN in many respects, including a background in plumbing and heavy machinery.
Chef Laurent Bondroit
Laurent has giving the French touch to M/Y Lady Jenn for over a year. Originally from Belgium, his expertise is in Classic French cuisine. He worked for over 20 years in the food industry, including working and bringing to life one of France most renowned restaurant in Voiron, France. He is most proud of cooking for the King and Queen of Belgium, and 2 years ago won the prestigious concourse de chef. He has mastered French cuisine, yet eager to get a feel for the guests and loves to surprise and cater to what they are in the mood for. If fine French cuisine or perhaps Thai, Laurent will be happy to prepare the finest quality out there.
Chief Stewardess Diane Scott
Diane is British and Irish. She has been working in the yachting industry for 3 years and has a strong love for the sea. She has worked on Enterprise, Kaleen, and Kontico. She speaks English, Dutch, and conversational French. She has a License in massage therapy and hairstyling. Add to those a certified PADI Diver, and you have another well rounded crew member on M/Y LADY JENN. Her interests are kayaking, sailing, when possible, and learning to windsurf and mountain bike! She has been noted to say that she is “conscientious – but likes to have fun.”
First Officer Thoma Burke
Thoma is from Australia and began his career in a private yacht in 2004. Before hand, he was a RYA instructor. He has worked in the Maritime industry since 1995 from deckhand to sailing yacht charter and Harbour Ferry Captain. Others yachts he has worked on include Arriva, Admiral Bolitho, Mikado, SiSiSi, and Jani. He holds a Master Class V Australia 500 ton License, and pending on a RYA Yacht Master Offshore Oral. He loves to sail, dive, and read in his spare time.
Second Stewardess Arenda Knotnerus
Arenda hails from Holland and speaks English and Dutch. She is new in the yachting industry, but already shining on M/Y LADY JENN. Before shifting to charter yachts, Arenda has 7 years of childcare experience. She holds her STCW95. Cycling and snorkeling are two things you will find her doing in her spare time. Charter guests young and old are in good hands, whether it be coordinating a Swedish message for the parents or throwing a ‘circus’ themed party for the kids, her love for kids and healthy living will make the time on M/Y LADY JENN memorable.
Deckhand Cardinal “Max” Munnings
Max is a Bahamian and has grown up around boats small and large. He is ready to learn as much as he can to work his way up the ranks, and M/Y LADY JENN is a perfect fit for him. The crew is happy to have Max on board. He has his STCW95. Max loves fishing and chatting with the guests and making sure they are having a wonderful time. As deckhand, he has great attention to detail and enthusiasm for life at sea.
