DORA
Captain: Vedran SkocicNationality: Croatian
Number of Crew 2
Crew Profiles:
Croatian born Vedran Skocic is from the sea faring port of Split. With this strong tie to the seas, he began his secondary schooling in Navigation Science and Maritime Studies. Vedran holds a Yacht Master License, and has certification and training in emergency medical, marine radio, fire-fighting, and on-board safety.

Vedran has a 14 year history of competetive regatta racing, and is well known on the circuit. He loves to share his knowledge of sailing, and has worked as a sailing instructor as well. Seven years of professional yachting have taken him through the Adriatic to the lovely ports of his home country and beyond.

Vedran's biggest passion is sailing, but he loves free diving and just about any "extreme sport" at sea. He has a very outgoing and cheerful personality with a rich variety of knowledge about the sea and living aboard. His many victories and top results at regatta racing help to ensure a first class experience for guests on board Dora!

Vedran is fluent in English and speaks a bit of Italian, as well as his native Croatian.

A second crew member as cook/hostess will join Vedran on board all charters.
