B. 1 private double stateroom FORWARD with:
* Private bathroom/shower with electric Vacuflush toilet
* 6' 4" headroom throughout
* Double Bed 74" long, 50" wide
C. Common salon area has:
* 4th bathroom/shower
* In pilot house either:
a. single bed 80" x 23" with lee board
b. double bed 80" x 57" wide at head x 36" wide at feet
* Double bed in lower galley area (dinette converts) 80" x 43"
John and Joanne stay in one of these above.
Forced air diesel furnace for cabin heat.
Yacht will consider adding Air Conditioning for a long term charter.
