No, it did not go very well IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!
You guys did an amazing job and Mort was over the moon. He sent me an e-mail after a couple of days saying how wonderful the yacht and the crew was and he evEn called me before the charter ended to say the same. I have booked 3 or 4 other charters for him and he has always been happy, but never this happy!
I don't know what your formular is, but it sure works. I'll talk to him one of these days and cannot wait to get the specifics.
I'm so greatful for you making my favorite costumer so happy, thank you, thank you, thank you........
