| BLISS (58 CAT) GUESTS COMMENTS | | The Brownlies, aboard in May, 2009 | Everything on BLISS was perfection! The crew really was outstanding, anticipating our every need. The Captain's sailing expertise was most mpressive (the men were especially in awe of his mooring abilities); we always felt in the best of hands - safety was his number one priority (for us and the boat). The chef's creations were absolutely five star! Every single meal she created was delicious. The two of them really studied our preference sheets well and were able to fine tune our trip to accommodate the diverse group. The boat is beautiful and it was obvious that it is very well maintained under the care of the crew. It was extremely clean ALL THE TIME! And that is with 10 people on the boat. The crew were also so very nice and we really believed that they wanted to do whatever they could to make our trip so fantastic.
Honestly, no complaints from anyone. We will highly recommend BLISS to anyone wanting a trip of a lifetime.

We hope your charter lived up to your expectations. We would love to know some of your impressions about your yachting vacation. Please answer the following questions and add any comments you may have.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating? They were the BEST! Should we be fortunate to sail again, I’m not sure we could have as good an adventure unless we had the benefit of their talents, skills, and positive attitudes. There was absolutely nothing overlooked in their efforts to make sure we had a superlative time.
Was the yacht comfortable and clean? Impeccable, immaculate. Virtually spotless. State of the art. Professionally well maintained by the crew. They treat the boat as if it were their own.
Was the yacht well ventilated? Yes, air conditioning, when requested, worked flawlessly.
Was the food good & well presented? We are begging for Amanda to share her recipes. Presentation was always excellent. The food delicious.
Did you like the area you sailed? We were left up to our own devices if that was what we wanted. The captain's recommendations were always great and nicely balanced with the desires of the 9-person charter.
Could we at Virgin Island Sailing have helped you further in anyway? Your website ultimately directed and sold us on BLISS. Thank you.

Additional comments on your charter? I’ve never seen anyone work so hard to make sure we had the absolute best time. We actually think they had a good time with us as well. They made it look easy when we knew that it was not. The owner of BLISS is lucky to have them as his charter crew.

Was the crew friendly and accommodating? They were incredible, they met every need and then some!
Was the yacht comfortable and clean? Yes

Was the food good & well presented? Again, the chef did an amazing job – the best we have ever had.
Did you like the area you sailed? Of course! We went to several new spots and enjoyed some old classics.
Could we at Virgin Island Sailing have helped you further in anyway? No, everyone did their job well and made our vacation extremely relaxing.

Additional comments on your charter? This was the best vacation ever! We have wondered how our trips are ever going to compare to this and we seriously think the only way is to plan another one with your company and Bliss. The boat’s audio and visual technologies were an added bonus for us. We could choose music for sunbathers and something different for the card players. The wireless internet throughout the boat so my husband could check on his office was also very handy. Also, Bliss had a reef fish identification book that we were able to record all the species we saw each day. That became a very competitive and fun record of our trip. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this trip was. This was my husband’s and my 5th trip and it surpassed all of the others by miles! Thank you for everything.

Ron and Anya were the perfect crew! We had the added bonus of having Kerry along, and by the end of the first day, they were like part of the family! We couldn't have asked for anything more! It was the perfect vacation!

This was my fifth charter in the BVI and I was a little concerned that we mightjust go places I had already been. But Arnold found new harbors and the best snorkeling I have ever seen. The whole trip was perfect!

We just arrived home last night from a perfectly delightful week aboard your beautiful boat, Bliss. We want to say something to you that we're sure you already know, but bears repeating. And that is, you certainly have a wonderful crew on Bliss. Arnold and Rica did everything possible to make our week most enjoyable. The boat is spotless, well provisioned and comfortable. Arnold's handling of your boat is so good - he is skillful, careful and always made us feel safe and secure during the wonderful days of sailing that we had. Rica's gourmet meals were a constant delight - she surprised us three times a day with beautiful and delicious creations and I'm afraid our waistlines show it!
Because we know that Arnold & Rica's perfect performance is not possible without the backing of a knowledgeable and keenly involved owner, we wanted to thank you for your part in making our 50th anniversary sailing week such a success.
We had been afraid that we wouldn't have much in the way of winds, but we got some of the edges of the storm systems, I think, and the sailing was first rate. We've been monohull sailors in the past and this was our first experience on a catamaran and I'm converted! I really loved the stability.
It was our first trip to the BVI for our family and we will long remember the beauty and fun of our trip. Just wanted to let you know and thank you!

Comment on the comfort onboard Bliss: The Bliss is a good size for 8 adults. The fifth bed room was small for 2 adults,

Comment on the cleanliness of Bliss: The Bliss was always clean
Comment on the congeniality of the Captain and crew: Always very cordial
Comment on the service of the Captain and crew: Always there for us if we needed anything
Comment on the fun aspect of the Captain and crew: had a lot of fun but started out a little slow, Captain and crew had to adjust to different personalities and different age groups in which they accomplished to keep everyone happy.
Comment on the expertise of the Captain and crew: They were both very good in what they did. Rica is an excellent cook and Arnold took us to all the hot spots around Tortola.
