Captain Scott Gaffga
Scott is a young, energetic, fun loving guy who looks forward to showing guests a great time in South Florida, the Keys and throughout the Bahamas on board Serenity. Serenity is well equipped with all of the toys; a towed fishing boat, sea bobs, wave runners and more and Captain Scott and his crew are the perfect fit for fun and adventure. Scott grew up in the Florida Keys and has always been in or around the water and boats. He loves fishing, snorkeling and showing guests the next great anchorage or secluded bay in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. He has done many charters in South Florida and the Bahamas and knows the area well. Scott, as well as his crew have a great team attitude on charter and this enthusiasm and charm show through to a successful charter and many repeat clients!
Mate Nick Starkey
Nick and Scott actually grew up together in the Florida Keys and now get to work together on Serenity. Nick also has this same sort of friendly, laid back personality that starts with a smile and ensures charter guests a great time on board Serenity. Nick is up for fun and ready to go, be it playing ball on the beach with kids, taking a group out for a snorkel or doing some offshore trolling on the tender. Nick is happy to set it all up and hopefully come back with fresh fish for dinner!
Stewardess Amanda Bonfiglio
While Amanda maybe new to yachting, her great smile, eager to please attitude and service background make her the perfect fit for Serenity and her crew. She is originally from Ohio and now makes South Florida her home and yachting a way of life. Amanda has a service and hospitality background and makes relaxing and dining a treat on board Serenity with special table settings, themes and a wonderful attention to detail. Since Serenity is a great choice for families or couples, Amanda is flexible and can adapt to any setting, from setting up a “fun” dinner for the kids to a romantic candlelight dinner on the aft deck. She looks forward to having guests on board and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is fantastic!
