	Captain: John Rae Nationality: British Number of Crew 3 Crew Profiles: John Rae - Captain John has always had a love of the ocean. A native of England with Irish and Scottish Heritage, John started sailing at the tender age of 11 and has been on the sea in some way ever since. He has sailed extensively around the British coastline, Europe and the Caribbean and has completed four Atlantic crossings. In addition to his love of sailing, John is also a water sports enthusiast. Before working on yachts John managed a series of dive shops in the British Virgin Islands where he also worked as a dive instructor. He is also a keen wind surfer and wake boarder and is always at hand to pass on his skills to others. Charlotte Bone - Chef/Hostess Also hailing from England, Charlotte’s impressive skills in the culinary arts are apparent in each delectable dish that she prepares. She has gained an immense amount of experience throughout the past 11 years working as a chef and finds great pleasure in experimenting with new flavors and ingredients. To the delight of her guests, Charlotte is highly talented in a variety of cuisines, including French, Caribbean, and Fusion.
