Ennalls is from Newport, RI in the USA. He has many interests including the theater, history, teaching, mountaineering, skiing, writing, racquet sports and backgammon. One of his greatest interests, sailing, became a profession when Alex, his little sister, showed him the ropes of the yachting trade and got him his first job. He has since earned a Masters 3000 GT Oceans license and sailed numerous sailing and power yachts for both private and charter use, along the entire eastern and western seaboard of US and into Canada and Mexico, throughout the Bahamas and the Caribbean, in the Western and Eastern Mediterranean and in areas of South East Asia.
FIRST MATE CHRISTOPHER SLATER BRITISH AGE 29
Chris is from Cumbria, North West England. He has a back ground in commercial shipping with ten years experience at sea, the last four sailing as First Mate on vessels up to 300 feet in length. Educated at maritime colleges in the UK, Chris is qualified to Chief Mate Unlimited in vessel size with a Masters endorsement for vessels up to 3000 gross ton. Chris' interest in life on the ocean waves started at an early age when he joined the Sea Cadets and was taught how to sail a dingy. When on leave he is a volunteer member of his local lifeboat crew, a keen fell walker, and enjoys supporting his local rugby team.
CHEF ERIC HALLOUIN FRENCH AGE 37
Eric has over 20 years of experience, with a very strong background in French cuisine.
He has formal culinary training, obtained in Paris. He has a passion for food, and being creative in its preparation and presentation. Prior to working on yachts, he worked in various restaurants in Paris and London. During this time he worked for 7 years as a director of table and banquet operations. This experience not only allowed him to broaden his creative flair, but it also gave him great organizational skills, which is essential for any successful chef. In 2005 Eric embarked on his career in yachting. Since then he has worked on such yachts as M/Y Pegasus, M/Y Sea Jewel, M/Y Starship, andM/Y Malibu.
CHIEF STEWARDESS AGIS VARIANI BRAZILIAN AGE 42
Agis was born in Brazil and learned how to sail at the age of 16. When she was 23 she finished building her own sailboat. She graduated in Social Communications and Post Graduated in Web Design, but worked as a Graphic Designer for more than 16 years. Agis has a real passion for traveling and getting to know new cultures: that's how she entered the industry. On her last boats she had the chance to cruise the Caribbean, the Med and most of the coast of Brazil. During her free time she likes being in the water, diving, reading and photographing.
2nd STEWARDESS ZOE LIMBRICK BRITISH AGE 25
Originally from Gloucester, Zoe has been in the care industry for 5 years, working with learning disabilities. She's been on board MY COLORS for one year now and really enjoys yachting! With her approachable manner and Zoe has presented our guests with great service and hospitality. In her free time, Zoe loves reading, to explore new places but is equally happy lying on a beach sunning herself.
DECKHAND MATT LIMBRICK BRITISH AGE 28
Matt hails from Gloucester, England. Having spent 4 years serving as a Royal Marines Commando and 3 years as a carpenter, Matt and his wife Zoe decided to escape the rain and cold weather for a life in the sun and on the sea. Matt is an avid Rugby player and is a qualified Snowboard instructor so loves being outdoors. The life of a deckhand is suiting Matt very well so far as he is eager to learn and keen to get involved in all the activities and watersports onboard.
3RD STEWARDESS ZAYNTANA JONSSON SOUTH AFRICAN AGE 21
Zayntana grew up on a strawberry farm in the Kamberg, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. For the past 4 years she had been completing her honours degree in International Marketing whilst working for a steel merchant, BSi Steel. Outdoor activities have always been a huge part of her life. She has competed in numerous equestrian, mountain biking, swimming, rowing and running events over the years. Hard work, travel and meeting people from diverse cultures were a couple of the reasons why she was drawn to the yacht industry.
ENGINEER NIELS LYKKE RIIS RASMUSSEN - DANISH - AGE 28
Niels is from Copenhagen, in Denmark. He studied as a Dual officer and has a degree in engineering and navigation. He achieved his final degree 2008. He has been sailing commercial vessels, primarily Tankers, since 2001. He moved to yachting in 2010. When at home, he likes racing bikes, sailing and teaching children how to sail. He enjoys to cook for friends and family, mountain biking, kayaking, skydiving and extreme sports in general, working on his boat, taking photographs of people and nature.
