Ossi & Vanessa have been sailing for more than 20 years and look forward to welcoming guests onboard “Executive”. Ossi and Vanessa have sailed twice from Australia to Europe with extensive cruising in Asia and Europe including the Baltic Sea. Ossi & Vanessa have also completed the famous Sydney to Hobart yacht race and competed in many races throughout Asia. With 100,000nm experience to their credit, they are very able and look forward to showing guests a magnificent time onboard Executive.
Ossi and Vanessa have also completed several successful charter seasons in the Mediterranean and Balearic Islands.
Chef: Ulrika Ahola - Swedish
Ulrika graduated with Honours and a Diplome de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. Ulrika has a huge amount of experience cooking on large yachts and in private villas and residences.
She specializes in many types of cuisine including French, Italian, Peruvian, Middle Eastern and Asian. She can also cater for Kosher clients.
Ulrika has cooked privately for Israeli former prime ministers and former American president Bill Clinton.
Ulrika is a genius in the galley and the crew of EXECUTIVE are delighted to have her onboard, ready to prepare tantalising dishes for their guests. |
