Captain Gaetano de Nicoḷ: Gaetano has been in the yachting industry since he was 14 years old. Yachting is a passion that runs through his family, therefore he has always had a strong connection to the sea and sailing. He started professionally by delivering yachts all around the world and he's Jackie One's Captain since 2004. Furthermore, Gaetano has an extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean Sea.
In addition to his sailing skills, Gaetano is a talented chef, graduating from the Federazione Italiana di Cuochi and was a professional chef in; he speaks Italian and French, basic English.
Chef: Carmen Bruno Cesario, 35 years old, brazilian. She lives in Italy since 1996 and since 2005 works with Gaetano onboard yachts. For 10 years she worked in a famous restaurant of Rome "Papa Rex". This year and last year she improved her skills of cook attending several courses with Federazione Italiana Cuochi. She speaks english, portougaise, italian.
Hostess: Silvia Lucinski, 29 years old, russian, she lives in Italy since 2000. Silvia has already worked with Gaetano in 2006. Last winter she attended some cook courses with Carmen. Silvia speaks english, russian, italian.
Deckhand: Elvis Bruno Cesario, 19 years old, he's Carmen's brother. He's experienced sailor, he has worked in Recife (Brazil). Elvis speaks basic english, italian, portougaise. |
