David is an MCA Ocean Yacht master. He was born in Liverpool England and together with Kim has extensively cruised the BVI’s and the Leeward and Windward Caribbean islands, Northern Europe, The Mediterranean, USA and the UK.
Before pursuing "the dream" David owned and operated his own boutique hotel and restaurant in England and has a catering & hospitality pedigree of some 20 years. He is no stranger to providing standards of excellence to make your time on Lumahai a memorable one.
Kim was born in Southampton England and has grown up by the sea. Having spent 10 years working with David in the Hotel and restaurant industry she has developed an extensive gourmet catering repertoire. A qualified hospitality specialist she has worked as a high profile events coordinator for British government cabinet ministers and politicians. Kim is also an RYA Day skipper and enjoys snorkeling and all water sports. She is equally at home above or below decks.
Kim & David have sailed together for pleasure for the past 10 years cruising beautiful islands and experiencing an eclectic collection of cultures. They enjoy making people feel at home on the water and make every effort to cater for each individual on board if you do have to ask ..the answer will almost certainly be yes we can.
