Ted Drummond has been specializing in all aspects of operations and maintenance of yachts up to 200 gross tons world wide for over thirty years. Ted sails as captain in charge of operations and staffing. Anna sails as chief stewardess and ships purser. They have a deep background in customer service and they thoroughly enjoy interacting with the guests they serve and are very familiar with the high standards required for a luxury yacht cruise. They have extensive cruising experience in many parts of the world. Some of the geographical areas in which they have cruised are - Pacific Ocean from Cabo to Alaska.
The Crystal also has, based upon client requirements, gourmet chef(s), stewardesses and crew on call that meet the high standards which have become a hallmark for Crystal.
