RUSSELL GRANDINETTI - USCG LICENSED CAPTAIN

Russell has been captaining boats since 1980, beginning in Florida and the Bahamas on an oceanographic research vessel. Along with marina construction and repair, Russell has experience in special event coordination. He entered chartering in 1996, for corporate and private cruises. Russell has cruised from Alaska to Belize, the U.S. East Coast and the Bahamas, and spent eight months in the Mediterranean. Guest satisfaction is #1 with Russell. His willingness to please will make your stay aboard MERCEDES a memorable one.

JASON O'DELL - FIRST MATE

While residing in Newport Beach California, 33 year old Jason turned his skill of carpentry and his love of the ocean to the boating industry. There he he enjoyed a position as Second Mate aboard the 75' Motorsailer PASSAGE while cruising Southern Califorina and Mexico. He then pursued the title of First Mate on the 98' motoracht MERCEDES and completed a USCG safe boating course, open water dive certification, first aid and CPR training. Jason trives to ensure a safe, comfortable and relaxing journey for all, both on board and while ashore.

Russell and Jason are joined by a chef and stewardess to ensure a safe, comfortable cruise aboard MERCEDES.

JACK SNEAD - CHEF

Jack has more than 20 years experience in the food service industry, beginning in Virginia where he acquired training in hotel and restaurant work. Jack moved to Talahasee in the late 90's, gaining experience in fine dining: Four years as executive chef for Killearn Country Club and Inn, four years as executive chef for Florida State University (and personal chef for the FSU president), catering chef for private firms, and banquet chef for the upscale Governor's Club. In early 2000, Jack moved to California and became catering chef for the Stuart Cellars Winery, then on to Cafe Champagne at the Thornton Winery in Temecula in 2001. Jack has won multiple food and ice carving competitions and currently uses his fine culinary skills in his personal chefing business, where he caters to private parties and is the chef of MERCEDES.
